We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, and they made us feel right at home, which was great, especially traveling with two dogs. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Busch Gardens, and the kids loved the pool.

My kids wished for a little more variety in the breakfast options. A few more choices would be nice for families.

Exceptional stay, cozy bed, friendly staff!

It was just a top selection for a lightning stop in Tampa with good price-quality ratio. The room was decently clean and spacious enough for my needs. Arrive after 4 pm to make sure your room is ready.

I really loved the cozy Queen room with the comfy bed, and the breakfast spread was decent, perfect for starting my day. The pool and the lounge area were great spots to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, which made it easy to hear conversations in the hallway, but overall, I had an awesome stay! 😊

Great staff helped us check in early. Room was small and cramped.

Comfortable stay with a unique robot service

I had a great experience staying in a Deluxe Queen Studio for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. One of the coolest parts was the robot, Wes, who delivered supplies right to my room, such a fun touch! The only downside was that the bed could have been a bit softer for my liking.

However, the breakfast area felt crowded, and a larger space would enhance the experience. Although everything in the room was great, the breakfast options could improve. I would have liked a better dining setup during my stay.

Beautiful room, beautiful garden, which made our stay enjoyable with free internet access and proximity to the airport making it very convenient for exploring the area.

I had a great time! The spacious room with a lovely kitchenette was a lifesaver 🥳. The only drawback was that breakfast area was a bit cramped. Overall, super happy with my stay!

Charming, Charming, Charming

I fell in love with the spacious Beautiful Queen Studio-it felt like a mini-apartment complete with a kitchenette! Especially Jasmine and Velroy, were like my personal cheerleaders Plus, the massage robot Wes was just the cherry on top of an already awesome stay!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I appreciated the quiet ambiance despite its flaws. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast at the onsite café featured fresh pastries, but the dining area felt cramped during peak hours. Arrive after 4 PM for check-in. my room was delightful but could use a more thoughtful design.

Spacious room design with clean lines. Loved the kitchenette that had a microwave, fridge, and stovetop. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Great amenities like free toiletries, hairdryer, and flat-screen TV. Also, the fitness center was nice and well-maintained.
